Position Overview

We are seeking talented Tax Managers to join our growing firm. The role involves working closely with firm leadership, business development, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 5+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting, preferably from a public accounting background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• CPA with 5+ years of experience in public accounting or industry
• Technical knowledge across various industries
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and relationship management skills
• Ability to attract and service new and existing clients

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary range: $125,000 - $191,000, based on experience, skills, location. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), flexible time off, sick leave, holidays, and recharge days. We also offer in-house CPE, leadership coaching, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
