Remote Client Success Manager SaaS Onboarding & Growth

Dakota Software is seeking a fully remote Client Success Manager to guide customers through implementation and adoption of our SaaS platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, manage onboarding projects, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver business value.

Responsibilities include creating SOWs, managing risks, maintaining client relationships, and identifying expansion opportunities. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and prior SaaS/customer success experience.
