Program Manager

Responsibilities Financial Controls – ensuring programs performed within specific program award budgets Schedule Controls – maintaining on‑time contract performance with appropriate resources to meet changing contract requirements Contractual Submittals – ensuring timely production of documents, reports, and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements Customer Relations – develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers Qualifications Understanding of business, accounting procedures, quality assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques 8+ years of experience managing complex programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communication techniques BSME required; advanced degree (MBA or MS) and related aerospace experience preferred but not required Benefits Regular employees scheduled to work 30+ hours per week are offered health, dental, and vision insurance; health savings accounts; a 401(k) savings plan; long‑term disability coverage; and life and accident insurance.
