Sales Associate
Proximent Group Holdings, a leading technology company specializing in Software Development, Specialty Technology Services, Web Services and Web Applications, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate. This position is located at our headquarters in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our range of services, including Web and Software Development, Business Applications, Business Technology, Internal Operating Systems, and Business automation technology.
- Meet and exceed a sales goal of $200,000 for the next 12 months.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, and the industry trends and market dynamics.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, which typically ranges from 2 to 3 days.
Hire Type: 1099
Compensation:
- The successful candidate will receive a monthly retainer of $200 for 160 hours per month.
- In addition to the retainer, the sales associate will earn a commission payout, which is 50% of each sale, with an average sales value ranging from $350 to $500.
- Please note that there is no hiring bonus for this position.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry, including Software Development, Specialty Technology Services, Web Services and Web Applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
