Compensation and Work Model:
- Competitive hourly rate between $170 and $180 per hour, commensurate with experience

Qualifications:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with at least two years of clinical experience in anesthesia practice
- Possession of a Texas nursing license is preferred but not strictly required
- Strong clinical judgement and ability to manage sedation cases independently and safely
