Apartment Manager - Monterey Park

Part-Time Onsite Apartment Manager (25 Units) – 2 Bed / 2 Bath Unit Location: Ramona Ave., Monterey Park, CA 91754. Compensation Monthly Pay: $1,188.00 Housing (Manager's unit - required): 2‑bedroom, 2‑bath (located on the second floor) Reduced Rent: $1,500 per month (paid by manager out-of-pocket) Utilities Included: water and trash Important No office available; manager will work out of their unit. Schedule Monday through Friday Work must be completed between 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM 3 hours per day (15 hours per week / 66 hours per month) Amenities Swimming Pool Assigned parking (Carport parking) Onsite laundry What You’ll Be Doing Daily property walks (cleanliness, safety, overall appearance) Coordinate and report maintenance needs promptly Communicate with residents (primarily in Spanish) Show and lease vacant units (currently 1 vacancy) Process applications and rental agreements Keep common areas clean and presentable Enforce community rules and policies Work closely with property management team Maintain notes and updates in AppFolio (preferred) What We’re Looking For Bilingual communication skills (Mandarin Chinese is a plus, not required) 2+ years of recent onsite apartment management experience (within the last 2 years) Knowledge of Fair Housing laws Strong communication & organization skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office (AppFolio is a plus) Reliable, professional, and self‑managed No pets Equal Opportunity Statement Los Angeles Property Management Group (LAPMG) is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
