CNC Machine Operator
Twin City Staffing is hiring CNC machine operators for both 1st and 2nd shift at a premier, state-of-the-art facility in Blaine. If you have basic manufacturing experience and want to level up your CNC skills with weekly pay and 100% employer-paid health insurance, apply today!
Location: Blaine, MN
Wage: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly (Weekly pay)
Hours:
- 1st Shift: 5:45 am - 3:45 pm, Monday - Thursday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the CNC machine operator:
- Load/unload materials and monitor CNC machines for proper operation and defects
- Perform basic tool offsets and adjustments under machinist direction
- Deburr, clean, and prepare parts between operations
- Conduct visual and dimensional quality checks using calipers and micrometers
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all EH&S procedures
Requirements of the CNC machine operator:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 612 months of manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Basic familiarity with CNC machines and ability to read work instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
