We are seeking a driven Director, Capital Markets for our growing team. This role will require innovative thinking, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of financial markets, as well as the ability to manage risks and optimize our company's financial resources. Responsibilities

• Manage the company's daily cash flow and prepare cash forecasts
• Oversee the administration of the company's debt portfolio, including monitoring and managing interest rate risk
• Develop and implement hedging strategies to mitigate financial risks
• Maintain strong working relationships with banking partners and financial institutions
• Conduct risk assessments and present reports to senior management
• Stay updated on financial market trends and regulatory changes that could impact the company's treasury operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop treasury team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management
• Proven experience in managing financial risks and optimizing financial resources
• Strong understanding of financial markets
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams
• Proficiency in financial software and treasury management systems
