Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services under supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Implement and modify treatment plans with ongoing patient assessment
• Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfers, ROM, and assistive device training
• Document patient progress, responses to therapy, and any changes to plans of care
• Support patient safety during mobility and daily activity training; collaborate with the rehab team on progress and discharge planning

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in the United States
• Ability to work in a long-term care setting and comply with facility policies
• Willingness to work a daytime schedule and fulfill 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Eligibility for travel assignments and to work in Fargo, North Dakota
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with physical therapists and other rehab staff
