Emergency Dispatch & System Status Specialist
THE CRISIS CENTER OF TAMPA BAY INC
The Crisis Center of Tampa Bay Inc. is seeking a System Status Controller to receive and process requests for emergency and non-emergency ambulance transportation. You will dispatch ALS/BLS and psychiatric services as needed, maintain system status control, and report operational metrics.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, Florida EMD, ICS 100/200/700, Baker Act training within one year, and strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
