Taylor House is a brand new upscale casual restaurant coming to the Walking Mall of Old Town Winchester.  We have a beautiful historic location central to the pedestrian mall with a fully renovated dining room and bar.  We will focus on exceptional service for our guests and craft cocktails while cultivating a warm and welcoming environment.  We are seeking team members that have a desire to create something to be proud about.  The owners of Taylor House have owned and operated restaurants for nearly 10 years.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak restaurant hours.
• Previous host or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.

• Welcome every guest to Taylor House with warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments to ensure an efficient and smooth guest experience.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide an inviting first impression of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with servers, management, and other team members regarding seating and guest needs.
• Monitor the dining room and assist with maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations and general inquiries.
• Help ensure guests are acknowledged promptly and feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.
• Support the front-of-house team as needed to provide a seamless and memorable dining experience.
