Location: On-Site, Grand Junction, CO 81505 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm AND Friday 8:00am-12:00pm About Us XLR is a U.S. based manufacturer of world-class rifle chassis, components, and accessories. If you're passionate about the shooting sports industry and want to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, this is the place to be. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the XLR team, managing orders, and assisting customers in finding the products they need. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels Manage customer accounts Process, track, and manage sales orders Provide product information and recommendations Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up tasks Support the overall sales team with administrative and customer-service tasks Qualifications Firearms knowledge and experience strongly preferred Background in hunting, precision rifle shooting, or competitive shooting is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Customer service or sales experience preferred Must work on-site at XLR (this is not a remote position) Work in a fun, exciting, unique industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Frey Consulting Group
