What You'll Do Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps; following proper forklift spotting procedures; handling and disposing of hazardous materials; following Company steel standard guidelines; correcting/reporting unsafe situations. Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area: handle claims and returns; zone the area; receive and stock merchandise; set up, clean, and organize product displays; remove damaged goods; sign and price merchandise; complete required audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; secure fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Provide Member service: acknowledge the Member and identify their needs; locate merchandise and assist with purchasing decisions; provide Deli products; resolve issues and concerns; promote Company products and services. Follow Company policies related to Freezer/Cooler area: comply with food handling policies; operate, repair, and sanitize equipment; follow Cold Chain stocking procedures; clean freezer/cooler/deli area; monitor fans, drains, doors; report issues to Management. How You'll Make an Impact Ensuring high-quality products are taken care of and available for members. Ensuring shelves are clean, maintaining temperature control, verifying expiration dates; disposing of lesser-quality food products. Packing ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays. Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older.
