Responsibilities Establish and maintain good working relationships with all dealership personnel, members of your team, and other employees. Maintain manufacturer Customer Satisfaction Index at or above Asbury specified goals for district, regional, and national scores. Repair and perform maintenance on customer vehicles, ensuring work is completed expeditiously and correctly. Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, finding resolutions to conflicts without compromising customer interests while maintaining appropriate attention to department profits. Assist service advisors and the Service Director with information, forms, reports, and documentation related to customer relations. Provide professional training and development for technicians. Consistently meet Asbury specified goals for Customer Pay Repair Order count growth. Maintain an inventory of manufacturer and company specified mechanical tools and devices in proper working order, including shop equipment, tools, and training when needed. Encourage department personnel to utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management. Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events. Maintain Technician Proficiency as specified by Asbury standards. Review technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by the manufacturer. Achieve Facility Utilization according to Asbury goals and guidelines. Promote effective working relationships between associates and departments in the dealership, including off‑site support personnel and management. Work independently and communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, and vendors. Be process and solution oriented, analytical, and detail oriented. Possess effective supervisory and leadership skills. Qualifications At least eighteen years of age. Valid driver’s license and meet the company MVR policy requirements. Ability to pass pre‑employment screens (background and drug test). At least twelve months of experience in automotive service management (preferred but not required). Pay & Recognition Weekly pay.
