Restaurant Facilities / Maintenance Director

A growing hospitality group is seeking a Facilities / Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of two restaurant properties. This role will be responsible for preventative maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, safety and compliance, energy management, and overall property upkeep. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, responsive, and takes pride in maintaining a first-class hospitality environment. Benefits & Compensation Benefits Paid Time Off 401(k) Commuter benefits Dining discounts Requirements & Qualifications Strong facilities, maintenance, or property management experience Hands-on knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and general repairs Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Knowledge of safety, maintenance, and compliance standards Ability to respond quickly to maintenance and emergency issues Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage budgets and coordinate outside vendors and contractors Preferred Background & Skills Experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or commercial properties Mechanical troubleshooting experience Experience managing preventative maintenance programs Experience overseeing vendors, contractors, landscaping, snow removal, and other property services Experience identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs Comfortable working hands-on while also managing larger maintenance projects
