Business Analyst - Data & Process Improvement

Salary: $114,000 - 124,800 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst transforming business intakes into detailed specifications.
• Proficient in using Lucid, Visio, and Figma for process documentation and wireframing.
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile ceremonies and deliverables.
• Background in implementing or supporting waterfall methodologies and documentation practices.
• Demonstrated soft project management abilities, including managing stakeholder relationships and identifying resource gaps.
• Strong documentation capabilities utilizing Microsoft Word and related software.

• Lead sessions to gather business requirements and convert them into clear, verifiable specifications.
• Develop process diagrams, wireframes, and documentation using Lucid, Visio, and Figma.
• Facilitate the refinement of the backlog, define user stories, and establish acceptance criteria within a SAFe Agile framework.
• Aid in the planning and documentation for the transition from Agile to waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, identify resource needs, and manage action items through basic project management techniques.
• Maintain an organized repository of documentation using Microsoft Word and similar tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and traceability of requirements.
