Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)This is a 13-week contract position.3x12 Variable Shift: Days (07:00 - 19:00) and Nights (19:00 - 07:00); Weekend shifts required.We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality care in a Level IV Trauma Center. This role involves delivering emergency care to patients of all ages, from neonates to geriatrics, in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients in the emergency department.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including IV therapy and sedation management.Provide care for ventilated patients and manage continuous IV sedation.Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and perform phlebotomy.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Document all care provided in the electronic health record (Epic).Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience.Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.Ability to float as needed between departments and facilities.Valid state nursing license (compact preferred).Housing accommodations will be provided during the assignment, typically in 1-bedroom apartments.
