CDR ProSource is hiring Drawer Box Line Associate s for a custom closet manufacturing company in Bristol, IN . This position supports the production process by assembling drawer boxes, inspecting finished products, packaging materials, and maintaining high-quality standards. Employees will receive cross-training in multiple areas of the drawer box line, providing opportunities to learn different production roles and support overall manufacturing operations.

• Job Type: Temp To Hire 
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to perform quality inspections and identify product issues
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn and perform multiple production roles
• CNC machine experience is a plus

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
