Product Manager

Product ManagerAs a Product Manager, you'll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as a hybrid employee in Towson, MD. You'll get to:Lead assigned products through the full lifecycle, including planning, development support, launch execution, in-market management, and end-of-life actions where applicable.Support product line and portfolio planning by identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness, strengthen assortment, and address customer and end-user needs.Gather and apply market, customer, end-user, and competitive insights to inform product decisions, positioning, and portfolio recommendations.Partner with engineering, operations, quality, sourcing, sales, and marketing teams to help define requirements and deliver products that meet customer expectations and business objectives.Support new product development and commercialization efforts, helping ensure readiness across functions and alignment to timing, quality, and cost expectations.Contribute to launch planning and execution, including internal coordination, product content, training support, and go-to-market readiness.Monitor portfolio performance using sales, margin, market, and customer feedback data, and recommend actions to improve business results.Support pricing analysis, business case development, and other financial evaluations tied to new and existing products.Identify opportunities to improve portfolio health through cost optimization, complexity reduction, and lifecycle actions.Prepare clear recommendations, presentations, and updates for internal stakeholders and business reviews.Collaborate effectively with North America-based partners while working with global teams to support broader product and business objectives.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
