Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Elk Grove, CA

Multiple Full-Time Opportunities | In-Person/Hybrid School-Based | $69- $91/Hour + Sign-On Bonus

Platinum Therapy is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists for in-person/hybrid school-based positions in Elk Grove, CA .

Position Summary

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students in a school-based setting. You will work closely with students, families, educators, and other professionals to support communication development and help students make meaningful progress toward their IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide engaging, student-centered speech and language therapy.

• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

• Support students in achieving their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals .

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education teams, and other service providers.

• Document therapy services and student progress accurately.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.

• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current California licensure or appropriate authorization to practice as an SLP.

• Experience providing speech and language services to children in a school-based or pediatric setting.

• Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication development.

• Experience with IEPs and school-based service delivery preferred.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Early intervention experience is a plus.
