Shift Availability:

We have an

urgent need for PM Shift CNAs

, but candidates interested in

AM or NOC shifts are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Monitor and accurately document vital signs, reporting changes or concerns promptly to the nursing team.

Assist residents with safe transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs.

Communicate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated resident care.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by following infection control procedures and facility policies.

Treat every resident with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect.

Qualifications

Current and valid CNA certification recognized in California.

Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.

Basic knowledge of resident care, safety, and infection control practices.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including assisting residents with mobility and transfers.

Willingness to complete required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
