Position Responsibilities Responsible for supporting Microsoft Operating System and Microsoft Office products Assist in performing basic network support tasks involving user account maintenance Assist in problem solving IT related issues Responsible for providing mobile and VoIP support for company phones Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair systems and peripheral devices as necessary.
