Test Analyst

Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer

TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Automation Test Engineer to drive automation and functional testing initiatives across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Service Management Tools (SMT), Power Platform, and related web applications. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality releases through robust test automation, manual testing, defect management, and collaboration within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Test Dynamics 365 CRM, SMT solutions, Power Platform, and web applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Validate integrations between CRM, SMT, and connected systems.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure quality standards are met.

Quality Assurance & Collaboration

• Apply QA methodologies, testing best practices, and test lifecycle management.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and defect triage.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing activities and quality outcomes.

Defect & Test Management

• Manage test cases, execution, requirements traceability, and defects using Azure DevOps/TFS.
• Log, track, validate, and close defects.
• Perform regression testing following bug fixes and deployments.
• Review requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.

Dynamics 365 CRM & SMT Testing

• Test CRM and SMT customizations, configurations, and enhancements.
• Validate business processes, data integrity, and system integrations.
• Recommend quality improvements and testing best practices.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Testing (Functional and Automation).
• Experience testing Service Management Tools (SMT).
• Hands-on expertise with: C#, Selenium, SpecFlow, EasyRepro, Playwright.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with E2E, integration, functional, and regression testing.
• Solid defect management and requirement analysis skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
