Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to obstetric and laboring patients throughout the perinatal continuum
• Monitor fetal heart rates and interpret findings using intermediate fetal heart monitoring protocols
• Assist with labor support, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP) certification
• AWHONN Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
