Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call rotation every third weeknight and every fourth weekend; call response time 30 minutes
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model (as noted)

EMR: MedAxion (Cerner transition noted)

Position Overview

• Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a mix of cases
• Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required (proof of epidurals and blocks, as noted)

Clinical Scope

• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• OB and GYN
• Endoscopy
• ENT
• Podiatry
• Pediatric dental
• No heads, hearts, or spines noted

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan license
• Required certifications as specified by the site
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.

• Vaccination required; exemptions may be accepted (as noted)
• A hotel adjacent to the facility is noted.

Credentialing

• Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
