Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience with elementary school-aged students (grades 3-5)
• Strong background in either inclusion or adaptive program settings
• Ability to manage and support a caseload of approximately 10 students
• Expertise in creating and implementing IEPs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexible, compassionate, and driven to promote student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students in inclusive or adaptive classrooms
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs
• Track progress, perform assessments, and adjust strategies for optimal student outcomes
• Collaborate with general educators, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
