In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S.We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our Mayer Team in Birmingham, AL!Summary: The Billing Clerk is responsible for billing assigned customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Work with sales, credit, and customers to ensure accounts are billed according to customer requirements while maintaining internal controls standards.What You'll Do:Prepare billing information and supports the accuracy and efficiency of billing processBill customers in a variety of websites and reports utilizing Microsoft ExcelReview payments as needed for accuracy and helps to reconcile customers payments with cash applicationsTake appropriate action with delinquent accounts and helps customers with billing issuesOther duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
