Description Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is looking for a savvy, strategic Communications professional to create and deliver compelling content and messaging in support of company priorities. Reporting to the AS Program Execution Homeroom Manager, this role will work in a collaborative environment to strategically align and shape communications messaging. Developing content for business focus areas and priorities, partnering with functional colleagues and leadership to align to business objectives. Using objectives-based storytelling in developing content and messaging. Developing and executing integrated communications plans aligned to strategic priorities that deliver measurable results. Qualifications Public Relations Representative Basic qualifications: Basic qualifications: Demonstrated knowledge and experience developing and deploying strategic communications campaigns and measuring business impact Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2 years of communications, public relations, marketing or journalism experience or master’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or journalism. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Must have the ability to travel up to 10% Preferred qualifications: Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization Experience developing productive relationships with executives Experience in technology, aerospace, defense or other science-related business or government fields Demonstrated judgement in decision making and leadership actions with capabilities to drive change through creative and/or other disruptive methods, ideas and approaches Understanding of AP Stylebook Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
