Essential Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• School-based SLP experience or a strong interest in supporting K-12 students
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Arkansas
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
• Conduct speech and language assessments, interpret results, and share findings with educational teams
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in regular IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities
