This position will involve working night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every other weekend required.Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.\n Administer medications and monitor patient responses.\n Utilize EPIC Electronic Medical Records for documentation and patient management.\n Assess and document patient conditions accurately.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.\n Qualifications\n \n Active Massachusetts nursing license required.\n Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience required.\n Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA required.\n Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA required.\n Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification required.\n Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred.\n Management of Aggressive Behavior (MAB) certification preferred.\n Previous experience with EPIC EMR is necessary.\n Testing Requirements\n All candidates must complete a PASS/FAIL ECG/Telemetry Test and a Medications Test during onboarding. Each candidate will have only one opportunity to pass these tests. Testing will take place via Zoom Protector meeting prior to assignment, and candidates are required to complete the tests within 48 hours of receiving an offer. A minimum passing score of 85% is required. We encourage candidates to prepare using the provided study guide.Additional Information\n This position does not accept travelers who have worked with us as temporary, permanent, or per diem staff in the last six months; candidates must have a six-month separation from prior employment.
