Inpatient Med Surg RN at Houston Physicians Hospital The Registered Nurse/LVN provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, treatment and evaluation of the patient. The RN/LVN is responsible for delivering safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative and individualized nursing care to patients and families. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN/LVN School of Nursing. Active RN license in the state. ACLS Required Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment. Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
