Responsibilities Operate the dish machine Supervise proper rinse and wash temperatures Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly Set up and organize the dish racks Remove trash Maintain proper safety and sanitation practices Exhibit teamwork Requirements Our Roadies are paid weekly.
