What You'll Do

Talk with homeowners who have already asked for information about our products. No cold calling.
Learn about our windows and doors and share that information with customers.
Provide helpful, professional service on every call.
Set up in-home appointments for our design consultants.
Reach goals for call quality, productivity, and appointment setting.
Build positive relationships with customers and answer their questions.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a call center role.
Strong speaking skills and comfort talking on the phone.
A motivated person who enjoys meeting goals and delivering results.
Ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.
Dependable, professional, and eager to learn.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule:

3 day shifts: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
2 evening shifts: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Pay:

$14.00 per hour
Unlimited bonus potential
