Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Skilled Nursing Rehab

Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our resident-first rehab team. In this role, you will provide skilled OT interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to help short-term rehab and long-term care residents regain or maintain functional independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating residents and families, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting a dignified, compassionate care environment with opportunities for ongoing learning and growth.
