Sacred Touch Homecare Agency is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide high-quality, in-home care to our clients. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, meal preparation, cleaning)
Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a PCA, caregiver, or in a similar role preferred
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass background check and meet state requirements
Reliable transportation (preferred)
