- Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities including dressing, grooming, toileting, bathing, and walking
- Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity while respecting Resident's Rights and HIPAA policies
- Answer call lights promptly and make unit rounds as scheduled
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the staff member in charge
- Assist with resident meals, hydration, and weights, reporting significant changes as directed
- Help with laundry, bed making, and maintaining a clean, orderly living environment
- Promote independence, encouragement, and companionship for residents

- PCA certification preferred (will consider strong candidates without prior experience who are caring and dependable)
