Banquet Server

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our outstanding and fun team! As a Banquet Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during various events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties. Your attention to detail and commitment to food safety will ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decor.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with the bussing of tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper handling of all food items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist with the breakdown of events, including cleaning up and resetting banquet spaces for future use.

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Familiarity with banquet operations, including serving techniques and food preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
• Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus but not required.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
