Director, US Market Access Analytics
Revolution Medicines, Inc.
Role: Lead US Market Access Analytics for an oncology-focused biopharma company, supporting launch planning, access strategy, and performance monitoring through data-driven insights. Responsibilities: develop integrated analytics plans, act as strategic partner to cross-functional teams including Pricing, Payer, and Commercial, own KPI frameworks, evaluate payer policies, analyze patient access via claims and distribution data, support contracting decisions, and lead in-market analytical capabilities. Manage external vendors, mentor team members, and drive analytics adoption, including advanced modeling and automation. Requirements: Bachelor's in business, economics, or related; 8+ years in pharma/healthcare analytics, with at least 4 years supporting US market access; deep knowledge of US payer landscape, reimbursement, and distribution; proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management. Preferred: 10+ years in oncology patient forecasting, experience with targeted oncolytics, and cross-functional collaboration. HighValue: Oncology, US market access, payer analytics, product launch experience, data management, and strategic influence.
