Job Details Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job Location: Allen, TX 75013 Setting: Maternal/Newborn Specialty: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM; holidays and weekends as needed Hours: 36 hours per week Duration: 17 weeks Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 01/10/2027 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience Experience in maternal health, postpartum care, or mother baby nursing preferred Ability to work night shifts and provide coverage on holidays and weekends as needed Must live 100 miles from the facility Active driver’s license required for submission Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring, delivery, and postpartum patients Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in condition Support safe deliveries and promote positive patient and family experiences Care for newborns as needed within the Mother Baby unit when Labor & Delivery census is low Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols Why Apply for This Texas Travel Nursing Opportunity?
