Living Room Team Leader: Crisis Care Coach

Thresholds in Chicago seeks a Team Leader, Living Room to supervise the Living Room team and ensure high-quality services for guests. The role reports to the Program Director of Mobile Crisis Response South and acts as a senior manager or player coach for the team. The position requires leadership experience, a Master’s in social work or related field, and strong interpersonal skills. Expect 1–2 years clinical experience and the ability to coordinate intake, risk, and referrals within a #J-18808-Ljbffr Thresholds
