At Fairfax Radiology Centers, our Float Pool Mammo/DXA/X-Ray Technologists play a critical role across our outpatient imaging network. You’ll work in different centers throughout Northern Virginia, gaining exposure to diverse teams and environments while delivering high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do
• Perform diagnostic X-ray, Mammography exams (screening and diagnostic), and DXA scans with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered imaging experience.
• Adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and environments.
• Maintain imaging quality and safety standards across all sites.
• Support clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications
Required
• 1+ year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist/Mammographer/DXA Tech.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• Active Virginia RT license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:

$39.10 - $52.90 (plus float differential)

Placement within the range is determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
