Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan, you will be responsible for: Assisting Project Managers with all phases of project delivery Supporting budget tracking, forecasting, and cost management Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers Assisting with procurement and contract administration Maintaining project schedules and progress reports Participating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes Monitoring construction progress and identifying potential issues Supporting quality control and safety initiatives Preparing reports, logs, and project correspondence Assisting with project closeout and turnover activities Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
