We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Logistics Clerk to join our team and help ensure the smooth flow of materials, shipments, and inventory across our operations.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in keeping operations running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.Position SummaryThe Logistics Clerk provides administrative and operational support to the Logistics Department to ensure accurate and timely shipping, receiving, inventory control, and customer deliveries. This role supports import/export activities, freight coordination, customs documentation, and helps maintain uninterrupted supply to both customers and internal production operations.This position plays a critical role in supporting on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall logistics performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate shipping and receiving activities for inbound and outbound goodsPrepare shipping documents, receiving paperwork, picking lists, labels, and related logistics documentationMaintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processesEnsure on-time delivery of materials to customers, production areas, and module centersSupport customer delivery schedules, including series, CKD, and ETD shipmentsRespond to customer logistics inquiries and assist with delivery concernsHandle customer complaints, delivery reports, and shipment follow-upCoordinate delivery deviations and communicate shipment changes with customersOrganize expedited shipments when necessary to avoid production interruptionsSchedule trucks and transportation ordersProcess import/export documentation and support customs clearance activitiesAssist with freight billing, freight control, and logistics improvement projectsSupport cross-functional communication with production, quality, accounting, and controllingFollow OSHA safety standards and maintain 5S workplace organizationPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or automotive manufacturing preferredSkills & KnowledgeShipping, receiving, and warehouse management experienceForklift experience preferredExperience with SAP R/3 or similar ERP systems (Oracle, etc.)Knowledge of MRP/PPS systemsFamiliarity with JIT and JIS order control systemsIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving skills with 5 Why methodology knowledgeUnderstanding of 5S workplace standardsFamiliarity with OSHA standardsStrong attention to detail and organizationResults-driven mindsetEnglish proficiency (written and verbal)Why Join Us?Stable and growing automotive manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work with a global industry leaderCollaborative team atmosphereCareer growth and development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and benefits packageJoin a team where your work makes a direct impact every day.Apply today and become part of the future of automotive manufacturing.
