Project Coordinator II

Job Summary The Beck Group is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to join our team on a variety of building types, including commercial, higher education, liturgical, mixed-use, and healthcare projects. Responsibilities Actively participate in owner meetings Collaborate with the project team in all phases of the project Involved in projects from schematic design through construction administration Assist with development of conceptual design and programming Support construction administration, reviewing submittals, generating punch lists, and responding to RFIs Independently solve project-related problems Lead and direct specific aspects of the project, including consultant coordination Work effectively in a team environment and mentor/train younger staff Qualifications 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience College graduate with a NAAB‑accredited degree Experience with 3D modeling tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and related technology Passion for process improvement and technology innovation in integrated project delivery Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional integrity and a commitment to quality design work Pursuing licensure testing is preferred Physical Demands Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment. Ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings; consistently communicate with project team and related parties; maintain best practices in architectural design and production; adhere to consistent attendance.
