Since 1985 the company has grown to three manufacturing sites in North America (Georgia, California and Pennsylvania) and due to its impressive development is currently undergoing a major operational and systems transformation, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.

Role Summary
The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and building the end-to-end supply chain function across three U.S. manufacturing sites, including procurement, sourcing, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. This role is central to building and maturing a true supply chain function, leading the transformation from a fragmented, transactional purchasing model into a fully integrated and strategically driven supply chain organization. At the same time, this role requires a hands-on leader who will take full ownership of execution, drive operational rigor across all sites, and ensure consistent discipline and performance in day-to-day supply chain operations. The position operates in a matrix environment, working closely with Production, Engineering, Sales, and Planning to ensure alignment across the organization.

- Lawrenceville, GA
- Fremont, CA
- Horsham, PA
Leadership of supply chain functions including:
- Procurement / sourcing
- Materials planning
- Inventory management
- Logistics
Role operates with high visibility and cross-functional interaction
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Leadership & Transformation
- Own execution and performance across all supply chain functions and sites
- Drive the transition toward a demand-driven, strategically managed supply chain
- Establish clear performance standards and ensure consistent execution across locations
Process Optimization & Standardization
- Standardize processes and improve operational discipline across sites
- Define and implement best practices to increase efficiency and scalability
- Serve as the owner of supply chain processes, policies, and procedures
- Establish and strengthen S&OP processes, ensuring better alignment between demand, planning, purchasing, production, and inventory
- Identify and correct inconsistencies across locations to ensure standardized execution
Operational Execution & Stability
- Ensure stable and reliable day-to-day supply chain operations across all sites
- Drive accountability for meeting KPIs and operational targets
- Quickly identify and resolve operational disruptions and performance gaps
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Oversee all purchasing activities and supplier relationships
- Drive supplier rationalization and sourcing strategy
- Lead negotiations and support make/buy decisions
- Establish structured supplier performance management (e.g., scorecards, reviews)
Systems & ERP Leadership
- Act as functional lead for supply chain activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Partner with IT and Engineering to ensure system integration and optimization
- Ensure high-quality data to support planning, scheduling, and reporting
Performance Management
- Monitor and improve key supply chain KPIs, including:
- Purchase price variance (PPV)
- Inventory turns
- On-time delivery
- Cycle count accuracy
- Provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Engineering to align sourcing strategies with product development
- Support collaboration across Production, Sales, and Planning
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Talent & Organizational Development
- Develop and coach the supply chain team
- Support organizational change as part of transformation initiatives
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive behavioral change and ensure adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Effectively manage resistance and build alignment across all sites
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain or materials management
- Experience in electronics, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
Skills & Capabilities
- Proven leadership in a multi-site, matrix environment
- Familiar with high mix, low volume manufacturing
- Strong experience in:
- Supplier development
- Commodity management
- Complex supply chain environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead changes and build scalable processes
- Proven experience managing significant procurement spend (approximately $50–70M range)

- Ensure to have buy-in from team and understanding of decisions

Working Environment
- Primarily office-based with regular interaction in manufacturing environments
- On-site role in the Atlanta area (Lawrenceville)
- Occasional travel between sites required
