Key Responsibilities Mount electrical components on back panels Ability to read electrical ladder diagrams Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and correctly Maintain accurate documentation and job records Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Basic mechanical aptitude (hands-on experience preferred but not required) Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work in industrial environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Preferred (Not Required) Trade school, vocational training, or mechanical coursework Experience with control systems Familiarity with hand and power tools Previous work in a panel shop Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
