Monitors and manages acute and chronic medical conditions and is an ancillary member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Ensures medical record compliance with regard to state, federal regulations, JC Standards and other accrediting bodies or agencies. Ensures medical record documentation compliance and appropriate completion of documentation to support reimbursement activities for medical coding and billing practices.
