This position is responsible for analyzing company financial performance, creating and modifying reports, reviewing P&L statements and balance sheets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable financial insights. What You’ll Do Analyze monthly financial results, including P&L and balance sheets. Prepare, modify, and maintain financial reports and dashboards. Perform variance analysis and identify business trends. Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting. Develop ad hoc reports for leadership. Partner with Accounting and Operations to improve financial reporting and business performance. Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements. What You’ll Need 7+ years of financial reporting and financial analysis experience. Strong experience with financial statements, reporting, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, financial modeling). Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Construction or project-based industry experience is a plus.
