As a Recruiter, you will operate within a dedicated team while working independently. This role focuses on recruiting candidates across all levels, managing end-to-end recruiting activities including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating recruitment efforts. Occasional travel to job fairs and recruiting events will be required, supporting proactive talent engagement.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday with an hour lunch. This is an IN OFFICE position and there will be days that over time is required.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through interviews
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, background checks and sending candidate resumes out to companies
• Screen and assess candidates to match position requirements
• Conduct employment verifications on candidates
• Accept incoming phone calls and respond to emails in office
• Must be able to work in a fast paced and hectic environment 
• Must have good documentation practices and be good with paper applications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment with verifiable verification
• Experience recruiting in warehouse, manufacturing, drivers , Machine Operators, Laborers and clerical positions
• Proficient in interviewing techniques
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Knowledge on Google Drive suite and microsoft office
• Effective time management abilities
