Role Overview Apply your M&A and corporate law expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world legal analysis and feedback. This remote contract role focuses on improving how AI models reason about transactions, deal structures, and related legal issues. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Analyze and annotate complex M&A and corporate law scenarios for AI training. Conduct legal research on M&A, private equity transactions, and related litigation matters. Review, refine, and comment on datasets for legal accuracy and practical relevance. Provide written feedback on legal reasoning, transaction structures, and deal documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to clarify legal nuances and contextualize materials. Participate in remote project discussions, iterative quality assurance, and, when requested, development of evaluation rubrics and best practices. Qualifications Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and active U.S. bar admission. Experience practicing M&A law at an Am Law 100 or another leading U.S. law firm. Extensive M&A, private equity, and corporate advisory experience. Corporate or transactional litigation exposure. Strong legal research, drafting, and transaction-document review skills. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver meticulous work using remote collaboration tools.
